Livadia location – ~50 m from Livadia Beach, ~1 km from the ferry port and Old Town.

Palia Poli (Old Town) location – in the heart of Parikia’s pedestrian-only old quarter, ~300 m from the port and close to shops and tavernas.

Standard Apartment – located at either Livadia or Old Town

Features a king-size bed or sofa bed, in-room kitchenette with fridge and stovetop, modern bathroom, free Wi‑Fi, A/C, satellite TV with Netflix, private entrance, and either a garden view or street-level access depending on location.

Superior Suite – at Livadia location

Slightly larger space with balcony or patio, full kitchenette, sea or garden views, and modern décor.

All units are daily cleaned, tastefully decorated in Cycladic-style with refined but simple decor. Guests consistently highlight the comfort, cleanliness, and amenities.
